Additionally, the Union representative will notify their supervisor when returning to duty. In addition to the above the Company will provide eight (8) hours paid time off per week for the Union District Chairperson to conduct union business. 18.03.01 For meetings involving the Company and the Union the Company will absorb the cost of the scheduled time lost by Union members and representatives.
