Pay for Meetings. (a) The Company will pay straight-time rates not exceeding two (2) hours per week to employee members for the actual time spent in attending Accident Prevention Committee meetings outside of working hours. (b) The rate to be paid to employee members shall be the employee's regular straight-time job rate.

Pay for Meetings. (a) The Company will pay straight-time rates, not exceeding two (2) hours per week, to employee members for the actual time spent in attending OHSC meetings outside of working hours. (b) The rate to be paid to employee members shall be the employee’s regular straight-time job rate. (c) Where OHSC meetings are held during working hours, with the consent of the Company, the employees’ time will not be deducted for attending such meetings or investigations into accidents. (d) Employees who are members of an OHSC are not entitled to any benefits contained in this Collective Agreement when they attend OHSC meetings while on lay off. Specifically while they are compensated for attending OHSC meetings as described in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) above; receipt of such pay does not engage the seniority retention, qualifying conditions for Statutory Holidays or Health Benefits renewal or retention clauses of this Collective Agreement.
Pay for Meetings. Employees, on non-working time, may be required to attend meetings, including but not limited to inspections, training or in-service. Employees may also attend non-mandatory meetings called by the Transportation Manager or may attend other meetings, sponsored by outside agencies or individuals, with the approval of the Transportation Manager. Employees shall receive their regular hourly pay for attendance at mandatory or optional meetings, if approved by the Transportation Manager.

Pay for Meetings. 26.01 The Company agrees to pay members of the negotiating committee for time lost from regular hours at their regular straight time rates for negotiating meeting with the Company. The Company also agrees to pay for meetings on the same basis as above when called by the Company. When a negotiating meeting with the Company is less than 8 hours, the Company will pay the committee from their normal starting time until the conclusion of the negotiating committee. 26.02 It is agreed that the negotiating committee members will have a full shift off with no loss in pay the day of negotiations. Pay for the negotiating committee members will be arranged between the Company and the Union representatives. 26.03 The Negotiating Committee will be allowed one (1) day off before commencement of negotiations for the purpose of preparing the Union proposals.
Pay for Meetings. All mandatory Company meetings outside the employee's normal work shift shall be considered time worked for all purposes under this Agreement.
