For Temporary/Intermittent Employees. Any employee continuously appointed as a temporary/intermittent employee from an eligible list shall remain eligible for probationary appointment to career positions within that classification for the duration of the temporary/intermittent employment without renewing eligibility on subsequent eligible lists.
