Common use of Formal Level 2 Clause in Contracts

Formal Level 2. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 or if no written decision has been made within ten (10) working days of receipt of the grievance, the grievance may, at the Association’s discretion, be transmitted to the Superintendent or his/her designee. Within seven (7) working days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the Association on the grievance. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall, within ten (10) working days after the conclusion of the meeting, render a written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s).

Formal Level 2. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 or if no written decision has been made within ten (10) working days of receipt of the grievance, the grievance may, at the Association’s discretion, be transmitted to the Superintendent or his/her designee. Within seven ten (710) working days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the Association on the grievance. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall, within ten (10) working days after the conclusion of the meeting, render a written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s).

Formal Level 2. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 or if no written decision disposition has been made within ten seven (107) working days of the supervisor’s receipt of the grievance, the grievance may, at the Association’s discretion, shall be transmitted to the Superintendent or his/her designeeof Schools within seven (7) working days of the formal level one written decision. Within seven (7) working days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the Association and the affected Employee(s) on the grievance. The Superintendent or his/her designee shallSuperintendent, within ten seven (107) working days after the conclusion of the meeting, shall render a written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s).
