Common use of Formal Level 2 Clause in Contracts

Formal Level 2. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 or if no disposition has been made within seven (7) working days of the supervisor’s receipt of the grievance, the grievance shall be transmitted to the Superintendent of Schools within seven (7) working days of the formal level one written decision. Within seven (7) working days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent shall meet with the Association and the affected Employee(s) on the grievance. The Superintendent, within seven (7) working days after the conclusion of the meeting, shall render a written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s).

Formal Level 2. If the grievant and the Association is are not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 Xxxxx 0, or if no disposition has been made within seven five (75) working days of the supervisor’s receipt of the grievance, the grievance shall be transmitted to the Superintendent of Schools or his designee, within seven fifteen (715) working days of from the formal date the grievance was filed at level one written decision1. Within seven (7) working days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent or his designee shall meet with the Association and the affected Employee(s) on the grievance. The SuperintendentSuperintendent or his designee, within seven five (75) working days after the conclusion of the meeting, shall render a written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s).
