Formal Level 2. If the union is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level #1 or if no disposition has been made within five (5) days of receipt of the grievance, the grievance shall be taken to mediation as provided by the Michigan Employment Relations Commission. It is agreed that three members of the Board of Education will be assigned by the Board to participate in the mediation process.
