Common use of Formal Level Two Clause in Contracts

Formal Level Two. a. If the aggrieved, after receipt of the written answer from Level One is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, a letter shall within five (5) working days thereafter be transmitted by the employee to the Human Resource Services stating a desire to pursue the grievance to Level Two. At this level, the grievance or letter must be co-signed by the aggrieved and the Association.
