Formal Observations. I. All teachers shall be observed at least twice in the performance of their assigned duties. Total observation time for each employee for each school year shall not be less than 60 minutes. Prior to one formal observation, the teacher and the evaluator shall mutually agree to the date, time, and location for said observation.
