Forward and Return Journey. 7.2.4.1 For the time spent in so travelling, at Ordinary Hourly Rate of Pay up to a maximum of eight hours per day for each day of travel (to be calculated as the time taken by rail or the usual travelling facilities). 7.2.4.2 For the amount of a fare on the most common method of public transport to the job (bus, economy air, second class rail with sleeping berths if necessary, which may require a first-class rail fare), and any excess payment due to transporting the Employee’s tools if such is incurred.
Forward and Return Journey. Distant Employees (Defined as Employees working at such a distance that they cannot return to their usual place of residence each night) will be paid for the time spent in travelling, up to a maximum of eight hours per day for each day of travel on mobilisation and demobilisation. • ‘Mobilisation’ is the travel to site of distant Employees upon commencement of employment. • ‘Demobilisation’ is the Employee’s travel to the point of hire on termination of employment.

For the Company’s 2017 fiscal year, Executive’s target annual incentive compensation shall be 45% of Executive’s Base Salary, and will be awarded based on the objective and/or subjective criteria established and approved by the Board or the Committee, as applicable. The Board or Committee shall have the sole discretion to determine whether Executive has earned any bonus and, if so, the amount of such bonus.

  • Bonuses Executive shall be entitled to participate in discretionary bonuses or other incentive compensation programs that the Company and the Bank may award from time to time to senior management employees pursuant to bonus plans or otherwise.

  • Compensation Plans Following any termination of the Executive's employment, the Company shall pay the Executive all unpaid amounts, if any, to which the Executive is entitled as of the Date of Termination under any compensation plan or program of the Company, at the time such payments are due.
