Project Assignments. The regular assignment for a Deck Officer who leaves to fill a project assignment that is scheduled to last more than thirty (30) days shall be open for bid as an extended temporary position. If a project assignment continues for over one (1) year, the Deck Officer’s regular assignment shall be open for permanent bid.
Project Assignments. AV integrator services will be assigned for each individual project from the pool of vendors. Note that inclusion in the pool is not a guarantee of work or project assignments for any of the Integrators. Below describes the process typically used by the A&M System office regarding assignment of projects.
A. Request sent to 1 or more Integrators from our pool to submit qualifications for a specific project.
B. A&M System project team reviews qualifications based on scope, availability, location to the project, anticipated HUB participation, and any other factor deemed relevant to make a selection.
C. Upon approval of selection, the awarded Integrator will be issued a notice to proceed and purchase order. The purchase order will include attachments to define the specific project scope as well as additional terms and conditions that apply. See Attachment A and B.
D. Depending on the scope and cost of the project, the awarded Integrator may be required to provide insurance, bonding, and a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP). Refer to Attachment B for additional information and requirements.

Upon approval of selection, the awarded integrator will be issued a notice to proceed along with the required scope for the specific project assigned. Refer to Exhibit C for the sample Project Scope of Services and Terms document. This exhibit will be revised for each project depending on the scope and requirements specifically needed. Depending on the scope and cost of the project, the selected integrator may be required to provide performance and payment bonds and a HUB subcontracting plan. PROVIDER shall obtain and maintain, for the duration of this Agreement or longer if a specific project assignment extends beyond the term of this Agreement, the minimum insurance coverage set forth below. With the exception of Professional Liability (E&O), all coverage shall be written on an occurrence basis. All coverage shall be underwritten by companies authorized to do business in the State of Texas or eligible surplus lines insurers operating in accordance with the Texas Insurance Code and have a financial strength rating of A- or better and a financial strength rating of VII or better as measured by A.M. Best Company or otherwise acceptable to A&M System. By requiring such minimum insurance, the Owner shall not be deemed or construed to have assessed the risk that may be applicable to PROVIDER under this Agreement. PROVIDER shall assess its own risks and if it deems appropriate and/or prudent, maintain higher limits and/or broader coverage. PROVIDER is not relieved of any liability or other obligations assumed pursuant to this Agreement by reason of its failure to obtain or maintain insurance in sufficient amounts, duration, or types. No policy will be canceled without unconditional written notice to A&M System at least ten days before the effective date of the cancellation.
Project Assignments i) Project Assignments should be tailored to meet the developmental needs of youth and provide them with enriching career exploration, emphasize foundational work- readiness skills, advance participants’ baseline understanding of the labor market, and help build social and emotional learning skills.
ii) Project-Based Learning Experience/s should reinforce those employability skills fostered during Work-Readiness Training.
iii) Project Assignments must meet DYCD’s minimum standards for Project-Based Learning Experience/s, as outlined in the SYEP Manual.
iv) Younger Youth Participants will earn a stipend during the Program Period, up to a maximum of fifteen (15) hours per week for each week of the Program Period, for up to a total of ninety (90) hours over the Program Period.
v) Project-Based Learning Experience/s must take place at Program Facility/ies.
vi) All Participant Project Assignments will be subject to DYCD approval. The SYEP Manual will provide guidance on acceptable Project Assignments
Project Assignments. 4.1 Upon execution of a Project Authorization, Manager shall assign a project manager, and additional personnel if necessary, to perform Services for the Project. Such project manager shall provide and coordinate all Services through completion of such Project.
Project Assignments. If a project is determined to have potential to cause effects to historic properties, the HPT Team Lead will assign the project to an HPT Staff, add it to the HPT master tracking list, and provide any available information regarding project description and scope. The HPT Staff will make an entry in the Project Tracking System (PTS) and add his or her name using the dropdown field on the Cultural Resources tab. Additionally, the HPT Specialist will add the project to their individual tracking sheets. The Environmental Planner will coordinate with the Project Manager (PM) to obtain information regarding project scope, schedule, and other preliminary information and will provide this information to the HPT Staff and other technical specialists when the information is available.
Project Assignments. 1.1. Consultant will, when requested by Company, submit a proposal (the “Proposal”) for services requested by Company (individually, a “Project,” and collectively, the “Projects”). Each Proposal will include Project specifications and a cost estimate, including pass-through costs. If accepted in writing by Company, the Proposal will be incorporated into a project assignment, which, upon execution by the parties, will be deemed a “Project Assignment” and incorporated into this Agreement. Company will have no obligations hereunder with respect to any work performed by Consultant unless such work is covered by an executed Project Assignment prior to such work commencing. The form of a Project Assignment under this Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
1.2. Consultant will provide the services described on each Project Assignment (the “Services”). Consultant will perform the Services in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Consultant will complete the Services in accordance with the timelines set forth in the applicable Project Assignment. Consultant acknowledges that time is of the essence in the performance of the Services.
1.3. Consultant may not subcontract or otherwise delegate its obligations under this Agreement without Company’s prior written consent. Before any Consultant employee or contractor performs services in connection with this Agreement, the employee or contractor and Consultant must have entered into a written agreement containing provisions substantially equivalent to Section 4 below.
1.4. Each party will discuss any changes in the scope of the Services that may affect the budget or timelines for a given Project Assignment with the other party. All changes to a Project Assignment, including, without limitation, any changes in scope, payments or timelines, will be set forth in an amended Project Assignment. No amended Project Assignment will be effective unless signed by an authorized Company representative. Once such amended Project Assignment becomes effective, the Project Assignment will be changed to the extent set forth in the amended Project Assignment and will be amended to and governed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Project Assignments. 5.5.5.1 The process for selection of Special Assignment Personnel (SAP), and the determination of the amount of released time granted for project assignments, shall be done in accordance with department-developed procedures, if any, as approved by the District; in the absence of said procedures, the Division Xxxx shall make these determinations. The length of SAP positions shall be determined by the District and may be modified by the District on a semester- by-semester basis.
5.5.5.2 District Assigned Personnel (DAP) render service to meet needs that are college-wide, not division specific. Duties for a new DAP will be included in the recruitment announcement. Selection of a DAP shall be made by the District after consultation with the Association. The District shall notify the Association in writing whenever there is an additional, removal, or change to any DAP position.
5.5.5.3 The current DAP and SAP positions are in Appendix I, along with the associated reassigned times as of the signing of this agreement. These positions are current as of the execution of this agreement but subject to modification as set out in 5.5.5.1 and 5.5.5.2.
5.5.5.4 The provisions in this article relating to DAPs and SAPS shall apply regardless of the funding source for the position (e.g., general funds, categorical funds, grants funds, or others).
5.5.5.5 The District shall notify the RHCFA in writing of its intention to open a DAP position. The position announcement shall be posted for one week by April 1 of each year. A selection committee shall be comprised of four administrators (President, Vice President of Academic Affairs, Vice President of Student Services, Vice President of Finance and Business or their administrative designees) and one faculty member appointed by the Association who is knowledgeable about the duties and responsibilities of the position. The District may invite additional faculty members to serve on the selection committee, with the consent of the Association. The District retains the right to alter a DAP position based upon the changing needs for the position. The amount of reassigned time for a position may be changed by the District as needed. The length of reassigned time positions shall be for two years, but may be modified or shortened by the District as needed on a semester-by- semester basis.

Project Assignments. The execution of Task Order Contracts shall depend on the appropriation, allocation and availability of State funds. If it is in the best interest of the State, OPS reserves the right to select multiple contractors from this RFP. At this time, it is anticipated that multiple Contractors will be utilized. If conflicts of interest exist for the selected Contractor, OPS may employ an alternate contractor. Projects entering into the State Lead Program will be assigned by the State based on project distribution, and not based on the responsible party’s contractor or wishes. Additionally, the State, at its sole discretion, will reassign State Lead projects based on price, performance, length of time worked on a project, and/or overall project expenditures. Previous assignment of a State Lead project shall not guarantee retaining a site for future work. Redistribution will commence at the time the MA is awarded.
Project Assignments. The City will communicate with the Consultant, verbally or in writing, a general description of the task to be performed. If a site visit by the Consultant is needed to generate the scope of work, the Consultant shall request approval prior to visiting the site. The Consultant will generate a detailed Scope of Work document, prepare a Schedule, and a Not-to-Exceed Budget, Time and Expense or Lump Sum Fee to accomplish the task with a detailed cost breakdown based on the hourly rate schedule identified in the Contract. The detailed cost breakdown shall consist of the major sub-tasks and man-hour breakdown for the work to be performed. The cost breakdown shall include all sub-consultant’s work and the Proposal shall include the written price from all sub-consultants. The City will review the Proposal; If the description, cost of work analysis, and other details of the Proposal are deemed by the City to be in the City’s best interest, the parties will enter into a mutually agreeable written “CONTRACT". The Scope of Services generally to be provided by the Consultant through a Purchase Order may include engineering and surveying services for any City project and may contain written terms and conditions which are deemed supplemental to this Contract. The City will issue a Notice to Proceed to the Consultant in the form of a Contract and an executed City Purchase Order. Upon receipt of the project specific contract and the written Notice to Proceed from the City, the Consultant shall perform the services set forth in the project specific contract.
