Four On - Four Off. All Regular full time civilian Employees who are not on regular hours (pursuant to 13.04 a)) or the nine-day fortnight schedule shall work a shift schedule known as "four on four off".

Four On - Four Off. The work schedule consists of four (4) days on, followed by four (4) days off, with twelve (12) hour shifts:  The payroll week starts on Monday and runs through Sunday.  Employees will receive forty (40) hours pay for thirty-six (36) hours worked in any week that consists of only three (3) scheduled days of work, provided the employee actually works and/or uses paid time off as provided by the Company for all scheduled thirty-six (36) hours in that week. Otherwise, the employee shall be paid for the number of hours actually worked.  Overtime of one and a half times (1.5x) is payable after working forty (40) hours in a work week.  Daily overtime of one and a half times (1.5x) is payable for all hours worked in excess of twelve
