Common use of Free Day Clause in Contracts

Free Day. The term “Free Day” shall mean a period of time commencing at midnight and ending at 9:00 AM the morning of the 2nd day, during which no ARTIST’S Service is required. Regardless of the number of contracts for which ARTIST is engaged, s/he shall not be required to render any ARTIST’S Services and/or travel for more than seven (7) consecutive days without a Free Day.

The free day shall commence at midnight and ending end at 9:00 AM 8:00 A.M. the morning of the 2nd second day, during which no ARTIST’S Service is required. Regardless of the number of contracts for which ARTIST is engaged, s/he shall not be required to render any ARTIST’S Services and/or travel for more than seven (7) consecutive days without a Free Day.
