FREE RENT ARRANGEMENT. (a) Provided that the Tenant has completed the Tenant’s Work in accordance with the requirements of this Lease, including without limitation, providing the Tenant’s Plans, the Tenant’s Progress Reports and the Required Deliverables required pursuant to this Schedule “D”, and there is no active, outstanding or unresolved dispute with respect thereto, THEN in consideration of the Tenant performing the Tenant’s Work at its sole cost and expense, and paying for the Landlord’s Work at the Tenant’s sole cost, the Landlord acknowledges and agrees that the Rent payable under the Lease shall not be payable by the Tenant until such time as the Tenant has recovered the entire cost of the Tenant’s Work and Landlord’s Work from the revenues of the sale of products grown and prepared at the Premises pursuant to the Tenant’s permitted use set out in Section 1.1(h) (the “Free Rent Period”). For clarity, it is not intended that the Free Rent Period is a deferral of Rent payable by the Tenant but a free rent period until such time as the Tenant recovers its costs for the Tenant’s Work and Landlord’s Work as contemplated herein.

  • Management Arrangements 9.1. The Management Arrangements set out the arrangements for the strategic management of the relationship between the Authority and the Contractor, including arrangements for monitoring of the Contractor’s compliance with the Statement of Requirements, the Service Levels, the Award Procedures and the terms of this Framework Agreement.
