Frequency and Eligibility. Subject to the limits of the Plan and to the Administrator’s authority to limit Contributions under the Plan, for each Plan Year, the Employer may make a Special Contribution in an amount determined by the Administrator on behalf of each Non-Highly Compensated Employee Participant who is an Eligible Employee at any time during the Plan Year.

Frequency and Eligibility. For each period for which Participants Contributions are made, the Employer shall make Matching Cash Contributions, as described in the following Allocation Method paragraph, on behalf of each Participant who contributed during the period.
