Common use of Frequency of Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Frequency of Evaluation. a) First- and second- year contract employees shall be evaluated a minimum of twice each year. The evaluations shall be completed by the fourteenth week of each semester. If the overall rating of the fall evaluation is "Unsatisfactory," the spring evaluation shall be completed by February 10. b) Third- and fourth- year contract employees shall be evaluated a minimum of once per year. The evaluation shall be completed by the fourteenth week of the fall semester. Additional evaluations may be conducted at the discretion of the Faculty Evaluation Committee or the first-level manager.
