Common use of Frequency of Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Frequency of Evaluation. (a) A written (form) evaluation of a newly hired employee shall be completed prior to the end of the probationary period. (b) A written (form) evaluation for a regular employee shall normally be completed once every two years. However it may also be done at the request of the employee or supervisor – provided the employee is given written notice that an evaluation will be carried out.
