Frequency of Service Interruptions Urban. No more than 4 per annum recorded by the Distributor or reported by the Customer; Rural: No more than 10 per annum recorded by the Distributor or reported by the Customer; and Remote Rural: No more than 20 per annum recorded by the Distributor or reported by the Customer. The Service Measure includes Service Interruptions caused, or contributed to, by Transmission Interruptions.
Frequency of Service Interruptions Urban. No more than 4 Unplanned Service Interruptions per annum; and Rural: No more than 10 Unplanned Service Interruptions per annum; and Remote Rural: No more than 20 Unplanned Service Interruptions per annum. Unplanned Service Interruptions reported by the Customer are subject to validation by the Distributor. The Service Measure only applies to Unplanned Service Interruptions lasting more than one minute and excludes Service Interruptions that do not originate within the Network. Multiple Unplanned Service Interruptions caused by the same event are counted as a single interruption. Annual periods are taken as each year commencing 1st April and ending on 31 March. Service Level areas (Urban, Rural, Remote Rural) are as defined in this Table 1 clause 3.1. Not applicable.

  • Service Interruptions The Company may need to interrupt Your access to the Website to perform maintenance or emergency services on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. You agree that Your access to the Website may be affected by unanticipated or unscheduled downtime, for any reason, but that the Company shall have no liability for any damage or loss caused as a result of such downtime.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.
