Frozen Sick Leave Balance. Employees hired on or before June 30, 1979 and who have an existing sick leave balance on June 30, 1979 were "frozen" at their June 30, 1979 sick leave balance levels on July 1, 1979. (Herein called "frozen sick leave balance").
