This means that all Affiliate Sites (e.g. directories, review/rating websites, blogs, and other websites) and any email or collateral that provide an endorsement or assessment of LEH’s Products and Services must prominently disclose the fact that Affiliate receives compensation for Referred Customers. LEH reserves the right to withhold Commission Fees and possibly terminate Affiliate’s participation in the LEH Affiliate Program should LEH determine, in its sole discretion, that Affiliate is not in compliance with the previously-mentioned guides or other FTC regulations that may be relevant.
