Common use of FTO Pay Clause in Contracts

FTO Pay. ‌ Employees who serve as Field Training Officers (FTO’s), including any officer acting in this capacity, shall receive one and one-half (1 1/2) hour of straight-time pay per day worked as an FTO. The length of the training periods shall be as designated by the Chief of Police.
