Full and Regular Part-Time Nurses. Full-Time and Part-Time Nurses will contribute towards the monthly premiums for the health and prescription drug coverage they elect (i.e., employee only, employee plus child(ren), employee plus spouse, or employee plus family). Per Diem Nurses may enroll in the Health (medical) and Prescription drug benefit plans for employee-only coverage at one hundred percent (100%) of the premium cost.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee A regular part-time employee is an employee hired to fill a posted part-time position and is regularly pre-scheduled to work.

  • Overtime for Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee.
