Full, Half. Day Leave Any day, (sick, personal, vacation or bonus), may not be taken in any manner other than a full day or a half- day. Section 5 - Bereavement Leave (Immediate Family) All bargaining unit employees will receive up to five (5) days off with full pay and benefits if absent from duty because of the death of a member of the immediate family. Members of the immediate family are father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, husband, wife, parent-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchild or near relative who resides in the same household, or any person with whom the employee has made their home.

  • Coronavirus-Related Distributions (CRDs If you qualify, you may withdraw up to $100,000 in aggregate from your IRAs and eligible retirement plans as a CRD, without paying the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax.   • Instructor Associated with the position of Instructor is a nominal workload of 195 hours per half-credit course.
