Related services: curriculum driven collection alignment and planning for setting up a Learning Commons, technology support and electronic databases as resources, catalog support, assistance with weeding, trainings related to library best practice, and general library management. Schools must purchase the software for Destiny Library Catalog to be a part of the union catalog to borrow items district‐wide. Charters may be charged for update costs for Destiny. A dedicated computer and scanner is needed for in‐school circulation services. Title Peak is a required module to run Destiny. After the first year there is an annual fee for updates and services from Destiny plus the subscription for Title Peak. See pricing below for additional cost for resources available.   • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Extra Services District-authorized services outside of the scope in Exhibit “A” or District-authorized reimbursables not included in Architect’s Fee.

  • EXTERNAL SERVICES The Platform may enable access to third-party services and websites and Applications (collectively and individually, "External Services"). You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. NCR Voyix is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services and shall not be liable for any such third-party External Services. Data displayed by any External Service, including but not limited to financial, and location information, is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by NCR Voyix or its agents. You will not use the External Services in any manner that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree not to use the External Services to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten or defame any person or entity, and that NCR Voyix is not responsible for any such use. External Services may not be available in all languages or in your home country and may not be appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to use such External Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. NCR Voyix reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, disable or impose access restrictions or limits on any External Services at any time without notice or liability to you.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Anesthesia Services This plan covers general and local anesthesia services received from an anesthesiologist when the surgical procedure is a covered healthcare service. This plan covers office visits or office consultations with an anesthesiologist when provided prior to a scheduled covered surgical procedure.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.
