Full-time Classified Employees must report to work as safely as possible. If, however, 34 an employee feels they cannot report to work, emergency leave, personal leave, 35 vacation, or deduct can be used at the employee’s discretion and will be designated on 36 the monthly leave record by the employee. Swing Shift Custodians may have the option 37 to report to work early if approved by the supervisor.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Seasonal Employee Seasonal employee" means an employee who is appointed for no more than ten months during any 12 consecutive months but who is expected to return to work year after year.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2
