Full-Time Faculty Member Base Increases a. For the 2017-2018 academic year, all full-time continuing faculty members shall receive a contract salary equal to their 2016-2017 contract salary, increased by 2.25%. The increase will be paid on a retroactive basis within forty-five (45) days after the Agreement is ratified by both parties. b. For the 2018-2019 academic year, all full-time continuing faculty members shall receive a contract salary equal to their 2017-2018 contract salary, increased by 2.25%. c. The full salary increments provided in paragraph 14.02 of this Agreement are intended for continuing faculty members. Continuing faculty members are those who have completed one full year of service at the University. Therefore, a new faculty member who joins the University at the commencement of the academic year is not entitled to any annual salary increment for that first year of service. If a faculty member joins the University in the Spring semester and has completed only one-half (1/2) of an academic year of service when the next salary adjustment is scheduled, then the faculty member is entitled to one-half (1/2) of that salary adjustment. d. Each year, every faculty member will submit an annual report in the form annexed as Appendix G (the “Annual Report”), which describes the faculty member’s activities in the areas of teaching, research and scholarship, service and professional development for the preceding year. The Annual Report is required to be submitted by every full-time faculty member to the Chairperson and Xxxx by May 31st. If the faculty member desires, s/he may indicate when submitting the Annual Report to the Xxxx that s/he wishes to be considered for a Recognition Award.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.

  • Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.

  • Promotion Increases (a) Promotion salary increases shall be granted in an amount equal to 9.0% of the employee’s previous year’s base salary rate in recognition of promotion to one of the ranks described below: (1). To Associate in , and Assistant University Librarian; (2). To Associate Professor, Associate Scholar/Scientist/Engineer, and Associate University Librarian; and

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.
