Common use of Full-Time Position Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Position. Unless prevented by ill health, the Executive shall, during the term hereof, devote his full business time and his care and attention to the Business of the Company.

Unless prevented by ill health, the Executive shall, during the term hereof, devote his full business time and his care and attention to the Business of the Company; provided, however, that the Executive shall be entitled to provide occasional consulting services to those entities listed in Schedule "A" hereto and such other entities as may otherwise be approved by the Board, so long as the provision of such consulting services does not conflict with his obligations to the Company or the performance of his duties hereunder.
