Common use of Full-Time Position Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Position. The Employee shall devote his entire time, attention, abilities, energy and skill during regular business hours to carrying out his duties hereunder, and shall faithfully, efficiently and diligently perform such duties to promote the business and affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. During the Employment Term, the Employee's services shall be exclusive to the Company. The Employee shall not directly or indirectly engage in any activity competitive with or adverse to the Company's business or welfare or services of a business, professional or commercial nature to any other person or firm, whether for compensation or otherwise.
