FUNDING AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE. 11.1 The Sponsor agrees to pay the Chief Constable the basic cost of £36,000 per annum (clause 7.1) (“the basic cost”) for the provision of each PCSO plus any additional sums payable for hours worked outside core hours as set out in clause 11.4 below. • For the period 1st January 2023 to 31st March 2023 the agreed basic cost for the total provision of two fully funded PCSO services but excluding any additional hours worked outside core hours (clause 11.4) is £18,000. That sum shall be payable in advance by BACS to the Constabulary by 31st December 2022 (clause 11.6), and includes: (a) provision for basic salary (b) uniform and equipment costs (c) contribution towards the cost of training (d) weekend and location payments (e) standard pay increases, employers’ National Insurance Contributions and Local Government Pension Scheme Contributions 11.2 The basic cost may be subject to change based on actual variations in the stated costs such as pay increases and additional employer pension contributions. In the event that this is applicable the Chief Constable will notify the Sponsor as soon as this is known and the Sponsor shall be liable for the additional costs arising from these regulated increases for the duration of the Agreement. 11.3 In addition to the total cost of a PCSO, as set out above, if a police vehicle is required, the Sponsor agrees to pay the additional cost for the provision of a police vehicle of £3,300 per annum which shall be invoiced at the commencement date of the Agreement and again on the anniversary date of the Agreement. • Bury St Edmunds Town Council do not require a suitable police vehicle for the PCSO’s use. 11.4 In addition to the basic cost of each PCSO, the Sponsor shall pay for the provision of any additional hours of work required outside the PCSO core hours (refer clause 7.1, 7.
FUNDING AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE. 4.1. Xxxxx has agreed to provide financial support for the Study and this funding will be provided to Foundation according to the Budget set out in the Funding and Payment Schedule (Exhibit A) attached hereto.   • Funding and Payment A. Tuition and fee payments in the amounts set forth in Section 6 are due from students at registration. A payment plan is available upon request. Payment is required by the stated due date; all tuition and fees must be collected and remitted to the College prior to the beginning of classes. Failure to pay by the due date will result in the student being dropped from classes. B. Financial Aid is not available to dual credit students. The Higher Education Technical Amendments of 1987 (P.L. 100-50) states, “A student who is enrolled in an elementary or secondary school is not eligible for Title IV assistance for any courses taken at the post- secondary level for the same period” [Compilation of Federal Regulations (CFR) 668.7(a)(2)]. C. The state funding for dual credit courses will be available to both the District and the College based on the current funding rules of TEA and the THECB. The College may only claim funding for students receiving college credit in core curriculum, career and technical education, foreign language dual credit courses, and classes in a Field of Study or Program of Study. D. If a student requests to take a class more than twice, he or she will be responsible for the tuition for that course and $ 50.00 per semester hour for the course.   • FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE The fees and payment schedule for furnishing services under this Contract shall be based on the rate schedule which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this reference incorporated herein. You certify to NCR Voyix that you are authorized to provide the payment card or other form of non-invoice payment method to NCR Voyix and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company or your financial services provider as long as the transaction corresponds to these terms. You acknowledge that your payment authorization will remain in effect until it is canceled by you in writing. 3.3 NCR Voyix may charge late fees on unpaid, undisputed amounts. Late fees will be the lesser of 1.5% per month of the unpaid amount, or any applicable limit imposed by law. In the event that your account becomes delinquent, you agree to pay all collection costs incurred by NCR Voyix, including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses.

Homefield Energy’s ability to supply you under this Agreement is conditioned on the DSP accepting Homefield Energy’s enrollment of your account for consolidated billing and purchase of receivables by the DSP. If you are not eligible for your DSP’s consolidated billing and purchase of receivables, you will need to secure eligibility with your DSP before Homefield Energy can serve you. Should the DSP cease providing consolidated billing and purchase of receivables for your account and/or commence billing Homefield Energy for any charges relating to you, Homefield Energy will bill you directly and you will pay Homefield Energy for all such charges pursuant to the payment provisions specified in Homefield Energy’s bill.
