Funding for Services. 13.1. The Apprenticeship Funding available to the Training Provider for each Call Off Contract shall be the Call-Off Funding as set out in that Call-Off Contract. 13.2. CITB-ConstructionSkills is generally unable to recover any VAT charged. The maximum sum payable under or pursuant to any Call-Off Contract shall include the cost of the service and any other VAT or taxes to be charged where they apply. 13.3. Under the provision of Item 5A to Group 6 of Schedule 9 of the VAT Xxx 0000, the supply of educational or vocational training funded by CITB- ConstructionSkills and the supply by the person providing that education or vocational training of any goods or services essential to that provision is considered to be an exempt supply for VAT purposes.
Funding for Services. 3.1. For Fiscal Year 2020, CenterFuse shall pay to the City the total sum of $60,000 in quarterly installments due March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 for personnel services. 3.2. For Fiscal Year 2020, the City shall pay to CenterFuse the total sum of $60,000 by April 30 for advancement of economic development.
Funding for ServicesThe state shall be responsible for providing the administrative funding to the counties for the work associated with this MOU pursuant to Welf. & Inst. Code § 14015.7(g). Funding shall be subject to the annual state budget process.
Funding for Services. There are authorized to be appropriated for the Secretary to carry out the responsibilities for supportive services under the demonstra- tions under this section $10,000,000 to become available in fiscal year 1993, and $10,420,000 to be- come available in fiscal year 1994. Any such amounts appropriated under this subsection shall remain available until expended.

  • Fee for Services Recipient agrees to pay to Contran $1,044,750 quarterly on the first business day of each quarter, commencing as of January 1, 2002, pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Contract for Services The parties intend this Agreement to be a contract for the provision of services and not a contract for the sale of goods. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA), the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and any substantially similar legislation as may be enacted, shall not apply to this Agreement.

  • Payment for Services Contractor shall exert reasonable and diligent efforts to collect prompt payment from the Commonwealth. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor in proportion to amounts received from the Commonwealth which are attributable to the Services performed by Subcontractor.
