  • The Fees are subject to change annually in accordance with the Annual Budget Process, as well as in accordance with the Change Control Procedures and the quarterly budget reconciliation process described in Section 8.8. In the event through the Change Control Procedures or otherwise in accordance with this Agreement additional Pass-Through Expenses will be incurred, AMD will separately identify such additional Pass-Through Expenses in the applicable Statement of Work.
