Funding Purpose a. The American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act, P.L. 117-2, grant is funding for activities authorized under Title III Part B of the Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended through P.L. 116-131, enacted March 25, 2020. The intent of this funding is support home and community-based services— ensuring that the needs of older adults could be met in their local communities during and in the after math of the COVID-19 pandemic.
b. Allowable expenditures under this grant include:
(1) All allowable activities under the OAA Titles:
(a) Title IIIB—Supportive Services;
(b) Title III C-1—Congregate Meals;
(c) Title III C-2—Home Delivered Meals;
(d) Title IIID—Preventative Health; and
Funding Purpose. This Agreement is meant to obligate and disburse funds in the amount set forth on the first page of this Agreement (“Program Grant Funds”) to be used by Grantee for eligible business expenses in accordance with the Program Guidelines, including costs related to business interruption as a result of required closures or that the business faces uncertainty as to its ability to pay due to the pandemic, this Agreement and Grantee’s Program Application (the “Program Application,” attached as Exhibit B) submitted by Grantee to TSEP. In the event of a conflict between the body of this Agreement and any of the Program Guidelines, the body of this Agreement shall govern. The Grantee acknowledges that TSEP has relied upon the statements and representations made by the Grantee in the Program Application in awarding the Program Grant Funds, and as more fully set forth in Section 19, below, any knowingly false statements contained therein shall require Grantee to immediately return any Program grant Funds.
Funding Purpose. This Agreement is meant to obligate and disburse funds in amounts of $25,000.00 per Property (the “Funds”) to Partner for the demolition of a Property in accordance with the Guidelines. All of the Properties will already be approved and set forth in a list approved by ODH. Partner shall proceed to demolish those identified Properties and will submit documentation to OHFA setting forth the work performed. OHFA will only reimburse for eligible expenses as outlined in the Guidelines and never more than the actual expense as supported by valid documentation.
Funding Purpose. Beginning in Fiscal Year 2018-19, a portion of the Total Agreement Funding provided under this Agreement shall be allocated for the payment of the direct and indirect expenses associated with the City’s Parks and Recreation Department serving as the lead agency and/or core service provider at CLC sites (collectively “City’s CLC Sites”), which currently include the following six (6) locations: Belmont Elementary, Xxxxxxx Elementary, Xxxxxx Elementary, McPhee Elementary, Xxxxxxx Elementary, and Xxxxxxxx Middle School. No funding for this funding purpose shall be allocated or received until Fiscal Year 2018-19. Payments for this funding purpose shall not begin until Fiscal Year 2018-19.
Funding Purpose. County shall apply all compensation received from City toward no purpose other than to fulfill County's obligation to Frontier. Should the County fail to enter into an agreement with Frontier, then County shall return all funds paid to County by City.
Funding Purpose a. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security, or CARES Act include critical provisions aimed at supporting older adults and family caregivers with a high priority on nutrition programs. Services delivered in-person or in a group setting may need to be exchanged for telephone reassurance programs to provide support to older adults and their family caregivers under a “Stay-at-Home” order.
b. The need for nutrition services, particularly home-delivered and alternative meals, has increased as community measures to slow transmission of COVID-19 have closed meal sites and require individuals to stay home who may not have formal or informal supports available to shop, deliver or prepare meals. Nutrition providers have already incurred additional labor and operational costs providing alternative meals and/or expanding HDM delivery capacity. Most providers were covering parts of meal and operational costs through local fund raising that is no longer possible. Cost reimbursement and unit rate models should factor these additional costs when determining allocations to nutrition providers consistent with the legislative intent associated with these emergency meal funds. As nutrition providers respond to increasing demand there is need to expand capacity for home delivered meals, which may include addressing infrastructure needs like additional equipment.
Funding Purpose. Enhance the state capacity to rapidly respond to the opioid overdose crisis, through improved data collection and prevention efforts. • Activities in all six domains will available for jurisdictions
