Furniture Arrangement. The hirer may vary the arrangement of the seats and chairs in the facility provided that they discuss with and gain permission from the Booking Officer, and the seating is arranged in conformity with the Public Health Regulations. Furniture must not obstruct exits or passageways. All furniture must be returned to its proper place before vacating the premises as directed by the Booking Officer. Chairs and tables are to be carried or moved using the trolleys provided. They are not to be dragged across the floor. Stackable chairs should have no more than seven (7) chairs per stack in Large Hall, and six (6) in Small Hall. Permission from the Booking Officer is required before any furniture can be taken outside.

Furniture Arrangement. Furniture is not to be moved from original location unless approved by management before or at the time of walk-through. Any furniture rearrangement that is not approved by management prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the $500 security deposit. Renters are responsible for the actions of every attendant at the event. • Renters are responsible for any scratches on the clubhouse flooring that occur during the event. • If furniture rearrangement plans are approved, furniture must be lifted and moved to protect the flooring from scratches. • Renters are responsible for any large items and furniture brought into the clubhouse by the party and will only place them on area rugs OR felt pads. • No tape is permitted on ANY doors, windows, walls, floor, or wooden trim.
Furniture Arrangement. The Tenant is responsible for any necessary rearranging of the furniture in the hall and must return the furniture to the configuration which was present at the beginning of the rental. The rental fee does not include any rearrangement by Rosenberg Lodge No. 881.

When the temperature approaches 35 degrees C, the consultative process outlined in sub-clause 24.1.4 of the VBIA shall occur, with an intention that employees may leave site if the temperature actually reaches 35 degrees C. If the temperature reaches 35 degrees C, the task or activity being performed will be completed before work is to cease and the penalty provisions as for emergency work under the NBCIA shall apply. By agreement with the OH&S committee and head contractor during periods of inclement weather (heat) the Saturday break roster can be applied for weekday work.

  • Tax Arrangements 47.1 Where the Contractor is liable to be taxed in the UK in respect of consideration received under this contract, it shall at all times comply with the Income Tax (Earnings and Xxxxxxxx) Xxx 0000 (ITEPA) and all other statutes and regulations relating to income tax in respect of that consideration.

  • Furniture Sub-Sublandlord represents and warrants that all furniture and equipment listed and described in Schedule “B” attached hereto is within the Sub-Subleased Premises (such equipment and furniture is hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Existing Furniture”). The Sub-Sublandlord warrants that the Existing Furniture is free of any financial lien or hypothec and that there are no service contracts affecting the Existing Furniture. Sub-Sublandlord makes no representation or warranty as to the condition, fitness or suitability of such Existing Furniture for Sub-Subtenant’s purposes. Sub-Subtenant may, as it deems appropriate or necessary, reconfigure the Existing Furniture to combine with any of Sub-Subtenant’s furniture and equipment. Sub-Sublandlord shall have no obligation for the maintenance, repair or replacement of any such Existing Furniture.

  • Security of Employment Arrangements a) The parties covered by this Agreement acknowledge and agree that the use of Supplementary Labour may have the potential to undermine the Employee’s security of Employment.
