Future shortening of timescales. 6.1 IHS Markit may in the future wish to shorten the data delivery and sign off process set out herein; however doing so would require decreasing the processing time in respect of the Customer Data and also a decrease in the period before Customer Data is submitted. Therefore if IHS Markit notifies Customer that it has been able to decrease the time needed for the processing of the Customer Data, Customer shall correspondingly use its reasonable efforts to move up the applicable deadlines for Customer Data submission as appropriate, all subject to written agreement between the parties from time to time. EXHIBIT C IHS MARKIT INFORMATION SECURITY TERMS These IHS Markit Information Security Terms (“Information Security Terms”) constitute the information security terms with which IHS Markit shall use its reasonable efforts to comply in the course of providing the Services to Customer under the Agreement.   • Opening of Tenders 2.20.1The Procuring entity will open all tenders in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend, on Friday 6th August 2021 at 10:00 am EAT and in the location specified in the Invitation to Tender. Employees may use vacation time or compensatory time to make up for the one (1) hour lost. Employees in the first six (6) months of employment who would be eligible to accrue vacation, may be advanced one (1) hour of vacation time which shall either be deducted from their vacation leave balance, or deducted from their last paycheck if the employee is separated prior to accruing vacation.

  • Payment for Working on a Holiday (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) The holidays listed in the part-time local Appendix for the purposes of Article 16.03(b) shall be the same holidays as are listed in the full-time Local Provisions Appendix. If an employee is required to work on any of the holidays set out in the local Appendix the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) her regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on such holiday.
