Time of Taking Leave. 7.1.9(a) Annual leave shall be given at a time fixed by the employer within a period not exceeding six months from the date when the right to leave accrued.

Time of Taking Leave. Long service leave shall be granted and taken at such time as may be agreed between the employer and the employee having regard to the needs of the establishment where the employee is working.
