Garnishment of Wages. The Hospital will notify employees whose earnings have been garnished. Upon request, the employee will be provided with a copy of the Writ and the computations used to determine the amount to be deducted from the earnings.

Garnishment of Wages. The Company will not garnish Employee's wages except as may be required by law or by court order or as expressly authorized by the third paragraph of Section 4(a).
Garnishment of Wages. If the Seminary & University receives a court order or notice from federal or state government agencies to garnish an employee’s wages, by law the payroll office must comply with the order.   • Payment of Wages Wages will be paid weekly by electronic funds transfer (EFT).   • Unemployment Compensation The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the unemployment compensation payments on behalf of their employees and personnel. The Contractor shall not be entitled to unemployment compensation in connection with the Services performed under this Agreement.
