Gauge. The Network shall be capable of accommodating Registered Equipment of up to W6 gauge throughout. Any Services conveying ‰ as specified in Annex I to this Schedule 2, which exceed W6 gauge shall not be constrained by the provisions of this paragraph 1.7. With the exception of the conveyance of ‰ as specified in Annex I to this Schedule 2, EWS shall not knowingly cause or permit Services on the Network to exceed W6 gauge unless it shall have obtained WR plc’s prior written consent such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

Gauge. The Network shall be capable of accommodating Registered Equipment of up to W6A (W6) gauge throughout. CRL shall not knowingly cause or permit Services on the Network to exceed W6A (W6) gauge unless it shall have obtained RRL‟s prior written consent such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
Gauge a. The track gauge is the distance between the gauge sides of the rail heads on a line at right angles to the centreline of the track and measured 16 mm below the top of the rail. b. Gauge of all LRT track, tangent and curved, must be 1435 mm +3/-1 mm. c. Variations in track gauge should not occur at a rate greater than 3 mm in 9.0 m. d. The Design-Builder’s track gauge should be subject to periodic verification by the City to assure its accuracy. Such checks, or the lack of them, will in no way relieve the Design- Builder of its responsibility for the accuracy of the work.

  • Pressure The System user is not entitled to deliver natural gas to Gas Connect Austria at the Entry Point Xxxxxxxxxx WAG at a pressure of below 49 bar. Normal cubic meter (Nm³) is a cubic meter of natural gas at 273.15 K (= 0°C) and 101,325 kPa (=1.01325 bara). The natural gas delivered by the System User at the Entry Point Xxxxxxxxxx WAG for transportation must be in line with the following chemical and physical specifications:

  • Speed The relative importance we attach is “high”.

  • Meters (a) You must allow safe and unhindered access to your premises for the purposes of reading and maintaining the meters (where relevant). (b) We will use our best endeavours to ensure that a meter reading is carried out as frequently as is needed to prepare your bills, consistently with the metering rules and in any event at least once every 12 months.

  • Calibration The comparison of a measurement system or device of unverified accuracy with a measurement system of known and greater accuracy to detect deviation of the unverified measurement system from required performance specifications (of the unverified measurement system or device) and to quantify all measured values to applicable units of the international system of units.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Outputs Analogue and digital outputs of protected content are allowed if they meet the requirements in this section and if they are not forbidden elsewhere in this Agreement..

  • Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Weighing 7.1. In order to calculate the quantity of Grain delivered to a Port Terminal Facility: (a) all Grain delivered by road to the Port Terminal Facilities for unloading must be weighed using CBH’s weighing facilities operated by CBH personnel recording the gross and tare weights of the road vehicles containing the loads of Grain; (b) if the Grain is delivered by rail from a CBH Site upcountry, the weight will be determined by referencing the weight of the load as determined by CBH personnel at the relevant upcountry Site (“CBH Weight”); and (c) if the Grain is delivered by rail from a third party site and where the Port Terminal Facilities have such facilities, CBH will batch weigh the Grain unloaded from rail vehicles into the grid. 7.2. If Grain is delivered a Port Terminal Facility by rail pursuant to clause 7.1(b) of this Schedule 7, CBH may elect to conduct an audit and batch weigh the Grain delivered to the Port Terminal Facility. If, following an audit by CBH under this clause 7.2 of this Schedule 7, there is a discrepancy of more than 2.5% between the CBH Weight and the weight determined by CBH at Port (“Weight Shortfall”), CBH may deduct the relevant Weight Shortfall from the Customer’s Grain Entitlement and charge the Customer the Rail Weighing Fee as set out in the Fees and Charges Schedule. 7.3. In all cases, CBH must provide the Customer with a weighbridge ticket or other statement certifying the weight and quantity of Grain delivered to the Port Terminal Facility and confirming the name of the person in whose name the Grain is delivered based on the information contained in the Customer’s Direct to Port Delivery Declaration Form and Direct to Port Sample Declaration Form provided to CBH at or prior to the delivery of each load of Grain at the Port Terminal Facility.
