General Conditions: Stormwater. A. Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Airport, or on City owned land, are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Company agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Premises.
