GENERAL LIABILITIES, SERVICES AND UTILITIES. 4.1.1 To be responsible and liable for all obligations under this Agreement. 4.1.2 To pay the Rent on the Rent Payment Dates, whether formally demanded or not, and all other sums due to the Landlord on time. Payments by other persons on behalf of You will be considered as payments from You. 4.1.3 You will pay interest (calculated from day to day) at 4% over the Bank of England base rate on any payment that remains unpaid more than 14 days after the date on which it becomes due. The interest will be payable from the date the payment should have been paid until the date it is actually paid. 4.1.4 To occupy the Premises as Your only or principal home. 4.1.5 To be responsible for the payment of all council tax (or any other similar charge replacing the council tax) during the tenancy in respect of the Premises or, if the Landlord pays it, to reimburse the Landlord. 4.1.6 To be responsible for the payment of all associated charges in respect of the use and supply of internet connection and any Utilities at the Premises during the tenancy. 4.1.7 Where the Premises are served by a septic tank or cesspit, to be responsible for the reasonable costs of emptying or cleaning such facilities, as required during and at the end of the tenancy. 4.1.8 At the start of the tenancy, to notify the local authority responsible for the collection of the council tax and the suppliers of all Utilities of Your liability for their charges and to have such accounts transferred into Your name for the duration of the tenancy. 4.1.9 Where You allow, either by default of payment or by specific instruction, any Utility to be cut off, either during, or at the end of the tenancy, to pay or be liable to pay, the costs associated with reconnecting or resuming the Utility. 4.1.10 Not to tamper, interfere with, alter or add to any Utility installation or meter either in or serving the Premises. 4.1.11 Not to have or allow a key meter for any Utility to be installed or any other meter which is operated by the insertion of coins, or a prepaid card, or key, without the prior Consent of the Landlord, which will not be unreasonably withheld. 4.1.12 Not to change the supplier of any Utility without the prior Consent of the Landlord, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Where such consent is given, You undertake to promptly provide the Landlord or his Agent with full details of the new supplier and account numbers and details. 4.1.13 To ensure that any gas appliance that you bring into the Premises...

  • Errors and Omissions, Professional Liability or Malpractice Insurance Contractor may be required to carry errors and omissions, professional liability or malpractice insurance. All policies shall remain in force through the life of this Contract and shall be payable on a "per occurrence" basis unless County specifically consents to a "claims made" basis. The insurer shall supply County adequate proof of insurance and/or a certificate of insurance evidencing coverages and limits prior to commencement of work. Should any of the required insurance policies in this Contract be cancelled or non-renewed, it is the Contractor’s duty to notify the County immediately upon receipt of the notice of cancellation or non-renewal. If Contractor does not carry a required insurance coverage and/or does not meet the required limits, the coverage limits and deductibles shall be set forth on a waiver, Exhibit C, attached hereto. Failure to provide and maintain the insurance required by this Contract will constitute a material breach of this Contract. In addition to any other available remedies, County may suspend payment to the Contractor for any services provided during any time that insurance was not in effect and until such time as the Contractor provides adequate evidence that Contractor has obtained the required coverage.

  • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (ERRORS & OMISSIONS) Professional Liability Insurance for Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of not less than ($1,000,000). If CONTRACTOR sub-contracts in support of CONTRACTOR’S work provided for in the agreement, Professional Liability Insurance for Errors shall be provided by the sub-contractor in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate. The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.

  • Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions Insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. Such insurance will cover all professional services rendered by or on behalf of PROVIDER and its subcontractors under this Agreement. Renewal policies written on a claims-made basis will maintain the same retroactive date as in effect at the inception of this Agreement. If coverage is written on a claims-made basis, PROVIDER agrees to purchase an Extended Reporting Period Endorsement, effective for two (2) full years after the expiration or cancellation of the policy. No professional liability policy written on an occurrence form will include a sunset or similar clause that limits coverage unless such clause provides coverage for at least three (2) years after the expiration of cancellation of this Agreement.

  • Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions) For consultant contracts, insurance appropriate to Consultant’s profession, with limit no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence or claim, $2,000,000 aggregate.

  • Insurance, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage The Contractor shall require each of its subcontractors to secure and maintain during the life of the subcontract, insurance of the type specified in this Contract, or, the Contractor may insure the activities of its subcontractors in the Contractor’s policy, as specified in this Contract.

For Other Consultants – $1,000,000 per claim and $2,000,000 in aggregate coverage. (b) For Projects with a budgeted construction cost of $20,000,000 up to $30,000,000: i. For Design Professionals – $2,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 in aggregate coverage; ii. For Subconsultant Engineers and Architects – $1,000,000 per claim and $2,000,000 in aggregate coverage; iii. For Other Consultants – $1,000,000 per claim and $1,000,000 in aggregate coverage. At the Design Professional’s request, the Owner may, at its sole discretion, agree to a lower limit for certain consultants. (c) For Projects with a budgeted construction cost of less than $20,000,000: i. For Design Professionals – $1,000,000 per claim and $1,000,000 in aggregate coverage; ii. For Subconsultant Engineers and Architects – $1,000,000 per claim and $1,000,000 in aggregate coverage; iii. For Other Consultants – $1,000,000 per claim and $1,000,000 in aggregate coverage. At the Design Professional’s request, the Owner may, at its sole discretion, agree to a lower limit for certain consultants. (d) The Design Professional shall maintain professional liability insurance that shall be either a practice policy or project-specific coverage. Professional liability insurance shall contain prior acts coverage for services performed by the Design Professional for this Project. If project-specific coverage is used, these requirements shall be continued in effect for three years following the issuance of the Certificate of Final Completion for the Project.

  • Railroad Protective Liability Insurance with policy limits of not less than « » ($ « » ) per claim and « » ($ « » ) in the aggregate, for Work within fifty (50) feet of railroad property.

  • Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance If specified in Schedule A, the Contractor shall maintain, or cause the Subcontractor doing such Work to maintain, Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. Such insurance shall provide coverage for actual, alleged or threatened emission, discharge, dispersal, seepage, release or escape of pollutants (including asbestos), including any loss, cost or expense incurred as a result of any cleanup of pollutants (including asbestos) or in the investigation, settlement or defense of any claim, action, or proceedings arising from the operations under this Contract. Such insurance shall be in the Contractor’s name and list the City as an Additional Insured and any other entity specified in Schedule A. Coverage shall include, without limitation, (a) loss of use of damaged property or of property that has not been physically injured, (b) transportation, and (c) non-owned disposal sites.

  • Excess/Umbrella Liability Policies Required insurance coverage limits may be provided through a combination of primary and excess/umbrella liability policies. If coverage limits are provided through excess/umbrella liability policies, then a Schedule of underlying insurance listing policy information for all underlying insurance policies (insurer, policy number, policy term, coverage and limits of insurance), including proof that the excess/umbrella insurance follows form must be provided after renewal and/or upon request.
