Geographic Data Sample Clauses

Geographic Data. If available, you agree to provide to Pictometry geographic data in industry standard format (e.g., shape, DBF) including, but not limited to, digital elevation models, street centerline maps, tax parcel maps and centroids, which data, to the extent practicable, shall be incorporated into the Delivered Content. You agree that any of this data that is owned by you may be distributed and modified by Pictometry as part of its products and services, provided that at no time shall Pictometry claim ownership of that data.

Geographic Data. Your license to use Twitter Content in this Agreement does not allow you to (and you will not allow others to) aggregate, cache, or store location data and other geographic information contained in the Twitter Content, except in conjunction with the Twitter Content to which it is attached. Your license only allows you to use such location data and geographic information to identify the location tagged by the Twitter Content. Any use of location data or geographic information on a standalone basis or beyond the license granted herein is a breach of this Agreement.
Geographic Data. If available, Licensee agrees to provide to Pictometry geographic data in industry standard format, shape, DBF, etc., including digital elevation models, street centerline maps, tax parcel maps, centroids, etc., which data, to the extent practicable, shall be incorporated into the Image Library licensed to the Licensee. Licensee agrees that any of this data that is owned by the Licensee, may be distributed by Pictometry with the Image Library that is used in the Pictometry On-Line product and in licensing the Image Library to other licensees. At no time shall Pictometry claim ownership of that data.

Geographic Data a. Geographic Data must be submitted in industry standard formats such as Shapefile (.shp) or GeoTIFF, or in a File Geodatabase. b. Geographic Data submitted shall include metadata following the XML schema, ISO 19139, which was developed to provide a consistent manner for presenting the ISO 19115 standard. c. Geographic Data must be projected to the Geographic Coordinate System World Geodetic System 1984 (GCS WGS 1984). All data must use the World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS 1984) datum.
Geographic Data. The Offeror shall submit Geographic Data that is acquired or created from an analysis during the implementation of the activity. Geographic Data that is acquired during the process of implementing an activity refers to geographically-referenced data such as demographic and health indicators, infrastructure, and land use land cover that is obtained by the Offeror during the implementation of the activity. Geographic Data that is created during the process of implementing an activity refers to geographically-referenced data that is generated as the result of an analysis, survey, or by any other means by the Offeror. This includes geographically explicit indicators included in the AMELP. Geographic Data shall be submitted to the COR digitally or on a DVD or an external hard drive, as a part of quarterly and annual performance reports.
