Geometric Design and General Features. (i) General Geometric design and general features of the Project Highway shall be in accordance with Section 2 of the Manual. (ii) Design speed The design speed shall be the minimum design speed of 100 km per hr for plain/ rolling terrain except given below locations where minimum design speed of 80 km per hr. (iii) Improvement of the existing road geometrics In the following sections, where improvement of the existing road geometrics to the prescribed standards is not possible, the existing road geometrics shall be improved to the extent possible within the given right of way and proper road signs and safety measures shall be provided: (iv) Right of Way Details of the Right of Way are given in Xxxxx XX of Schedule-A. (v) Type of shoulders In built-up sections, footpaths/fully paved shoulders shall be provided in the following stretches: In open country, paved shoulders of 2.5 m width shall be provided for main highway and balance 1.50m width earthen shoulders shall be covered with 150 mm thick compacted layer of granular material for main highway, slip road, loops and ramps. Design and specifications of paved shoulders and granular material shall conform to the requirements specified in the relevant Manual. (vi) Lateral and vertical clearances at underpasses Lateral and vertical clearances at underpasses and provision of guard rails/crash barriers shall be as per the provision of relevant Manual.   • Technology Upgrades Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon shall have the right to deploy, upgrade, migrate and maintain its network at its discretion. The Parties acknowledge that Verizon, at its election, may deploy fiber throughout its network and that such fiber deployment may inhibit or facilitate Ymax’s ability to provide service using certain technologies. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit Verizon's ability to modify its network through the incorporation of new equipment or software or otherwise. Ymax shall be solely responsible for the cost and activities associated with accommodating such changes in its own network.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If ECI chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, ECI’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by ECI to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 ECI shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from ECI’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office ECI utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow ECI’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • System and Data Access Services a. System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and solely for the purpose of providing access to Fund Data as set forth herein, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Fund, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as the Fund`s investment advisors, investment managers or fund accountants (the "Fund Accountants") or as the Fund`s independent auditors (the "Auditor"), with access to State Street`s Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System and the other information systems described in Attachment A (collectively, the "System") on a remote basis solely on the computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links described in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration consented to in writing by State Street, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
