The 35 individual’s relevant experience includes 15 years of experience in matters relating to 36 geotechnical subsurface exploration, geotechnical site characterization, analysis, design, and 37 construction of bridge foundations, retaining walls and soundwalls, drainage structures, roadway 38 embankments and roadway pavements, and excavation and fill slopes in soil and rock.
Geotechnical Manager. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx will serve as the Geotechnical Manager to oversee any soil or subgrade testing. He will also oversee the subcontractor hired for any subsurface soil exploration, if needed. For the last five years, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, PE has been working in the geotechnical aspect of transportation infrastructure projects on several local government agencies in the area including McHenry County. He has a remarkable background in materials inspection of massive earth moving, mass grading operations, complex and unique geotechnical substructure construction. Xxxxx Xxxxxx’s focus is on materials coordination, serving as our Quality Assurance Manager for major contracts. His background includes numerous Phase III materials management projects. He coordinates staff efforts for special engineering projects such as Ground Tire Rubber, Warm Mix Asphalt, Increased use of RAP, and new mix designs. Xxxxx oversees the company’s contacts for prestressed /precast concrete and steel fabrication quality assurance. Xxxxx is also instructor for the IDOT PCC mix design (Level III) class. In addition to his engineering work, Xxxxx serves as company CFO.

  • Geotechnical Investigation Perform in accordance with the City Design Manual and other City requirements as designated in writing by the Director.

At any time during this Agreement, Citizens may require copies of time records from Vendor; 3.2.1.4. ensure that no Vendor Staff carries a weapon on their person while performing Services; 3.2.1.5. ensure that no Vendor Staff uses impairing drugs, chemicals, or alcohol while performing Services; 3.2.1.6. ensure that Vendor Staff avoid using their duties and obligations under this Agreement to engage in any conduct that could create either an actual or perceived conflict of interest, such as due to an ongoing business relationship with an entity other than Citizens that would enable Vendor Staff to receive an improper benefit or unfair competitive advantage; 3.2.1.7. ensure that the Services comply with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines as applicable to each Service Category and any other policies or processes set forth by Citizens, including but not limited to: a. monitoring applicable file production on a weekly basis to determine compliance with Citizens’ production requirements; and, b. providing detailed reports to Citizens related to Vendor performance upon request.

  • County’s Project Manager Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement.   • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Systems Engineering 2. Advanced Technology Pilots and Trials 3.
