Glare. (1) The luminance of VDT characters against their background shall be of a high contrast ratio, so that the characters are easily distinguishable, such as is found in screens with yellow or light green characters on a dark green background.
(2) If screen color and adjustable lighting are unable to reduce screen glare, a non-glare screen overlay shall be fitted on the VDT.
Glare. Solar panels with an anti-reflective coating shall be utilized.
Glare. TSA will undertake reasonable efforts to minimize glare in bargaining unit employee work areas through:
i. placement of, for example, screens, xxxxxxx, or other equipment to block glare; and/or

Glare. All computer monitors must be fitted with brightness and contrast controls. The Employer shall provide glare screen covers or hoods upon employee request for VDTs currently in use.
Glare. GLARE has no material liabilities or obligations, either known or unknown, asserted or unasserted, liquidated or unliquidated, accrued, absolute, contingent or otherwise, and there is no basis for any claim against GLARE for any such liabilities or obligations, except normal liabilities incurred in the ordinary course from owning and leasing to the Company the Ford Real Estate.

In all industrial districts, any operation or activity producing glare shall be conducted so that direct or indirect light from the source shall not cause illumination in excess of 0.5 foot-candle when measured in a residential district. The Special Stipulations set forth herein are hereby incorporated into the body of the lease to which these Special Stipulations are attached (the “Lease”), and to the extent of any conflict between these Special Stipulations and the preceding language, these Special Stipulations shall govern and control.
Glare. There shall be no direct or sky reflected glare, whether from floodlights, high temperature processing, combustion, welding or otherwise, so as to be visible in any residential district.
