Common use of Gliding Schedule Clause in Contracts

Gliding Schedule. A flexible work schedule in which a full-time employee who has a basic work requirement of eight (8) hours in each day and 40 hours in each week, may select a starting and stopping time each day and may change starting and stopping times daily within the established flexible hours, without supervisory approval. CBP and NTEU agree this Section shall not apply to employees compensated under the Customs Officer Pay Reform Act (COPRA).
