Flexitour. Allows employees on an otherwise fixed schedule (excluding a compressed work schedule) to vary the time of arrival or departure within designated credit time bands for the sole purpose of earning credit time. Credit time earned on a flexitour schedule may be used to reduce the length of the workweek or another workday in accordance with Section 6 (Credit Hours) of this Article. Employees on a flexitour schedule may earn credit time in accordance with Section 6 (Credit Hours) of this Article. (For example, if an employee is required to open a facility at 6:00 a.m., the employee may opt to work past their basic work requirement with the approval of their supervisor in order to earn credit hours).

Flexitour. The Flexitour schedule is a type of FWS on which full-time employees work daily during the core hours established in this Article according to a schedule fixed in advance of the pay period, but with “in”/“out” and lunch break starting/stopping times which may, as agreed between the employee and supervisor, differ from one another freely. Thus, employees may choose “in” and “out” times within the periods of 6:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m., and 2:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. respectively. Employees work eight (8) hours each work day for a total of 80 hours each biweekly pay period, e.g., 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., or 8:15 a.m.-4:45 p.m. Flexible lunch breaks are available for employees working a Flexitour schedule so, subject to work needs, the employee does not have fixed lunch break starting/stopping times but elects when to take his/her lunch break starting no earlier than 11:00 a.m. and ending no later than 2:00 p.m., subject to work needs.
Flexitour. Employees working a flexitour are required to work during the core hours established in Section 3.3 of this Article each day. They may choose starting and stopping times within the periods stated in Section 3.4 of this Article. They will work eight (8) hours each work day, for a total of forty (40) hours each work week, exclusive of the meal period provided in Section 7.1 of this Article. An example of a flexitour is when one employee works 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day, while a coworker works 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. each day.

The flexible band for each participating organization may be a maximum of three hours prior to the established core time. Credit time band. The designated time band during which an employee on a flexitour schedule may earn credit time in accordance with Section 5 (Credit Hours) of this Article. Credit hours. Any hours in a flexible schedule, established under 5 U.S.C. § 6122 which are in excess of an employee's basic work requirement and which the employee elects to work so as to vary the length of the work week or a work day. Alternative work schedules. A variety of flexible and compressed work schedules. Compressed work schedule. A work schedule which requires an employee to work a 40-hour workweek in less than 5 days, or an 80-hour bi-weekly pay-period in less than 10 days. The employee thus extends the length of the workday but is allowed to take time off on what would otherwise be a workday. There is no provision for credit hours under a compressed work schedule program, and the employee has a set schedule. 5/4-9.   • Flextime ‌ (a) For the purpose of this agreement, flextime means the hours worked by an employee, or group of employees, who are given authority by the Employer to: (1) choose their starting and finishing times; and (2) choose their length of workday within a stated maximum number of hours, subject to meeting the required annual hours of work in accordance with this agreement, through a specified averaging period. (b) The full-time employee on flextime who has a day of absence, whether with or without pay, will be deemed to be absent for the agreed upon hours, providing at least the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period. If less than the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period, such number of hours will be deemed to be the hours of absence. (c) The averaging period for employees on flextime will be two pay periods. (d) The workday for those employees on flextime will not exceed 10 hours.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.

  • Wellness i. To support the statewide goal for a healthy and productive workforce, employees are encouraged to participate in a Well-Being Assessment survey. Employees will be granted work time and may use a state computer to complete the survey. ii. The Coalition of Unions agrees to partner with the Employer to educate their members on the wellness program and encourage participation. Eligible, enrolled subscribers who register for the Smart Health Program and complete the Well-Being Assessment will be eligible to receive a twenty-five dollar ($25) gift certificate. In addition, eligible, enrolled subscribers shall have the option to earn an annual one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) or more wellness incentive in the form of reduction in deductible or deposit into the Health Savings Account upon successful completion of required Smart Health Program activities. During the term of this Agreement, the Steering Committee created by Executive Order 13-06 shall make recommendations to the PEBB regarding changes to the wellness incentive or the elements of the Smart Health Program.

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. Xxxxxxx’s governing body will review and approve the initial QMP, within the first quarter of the Contract term, and each updated and revised QMP thereafter. The QMP must describe Xxxxxxx’s methods to measure, assess, and improve - i. Implementation of evidence-based practices, programs and research-based approaches to service delivery; ii. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by Xxxxxxx; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.
