Goals and Intent Clause Samples

The "Goals and Intent" clause defines the overarching objectives and purposes behind the agreement or contract. It typically outlines what both parties aim to achieve through their relationship, such as fostering collaboration, ensuring mutual benefit, or achieving specific project outcomes. By clearly stating these aims, the clause helps align expectations and provides context for interpreting other provisions, ultimately reducing misunderstandings and guiding the parties in fulfilling the contract's spirit as well as its letter.
