Governing Authority Meetings. The Governing Authority must hold a minimum of six (6) regular meetings bi-monthly per year. The Sponsor shall have adequate prior written notice, electronic mail will satisfy written notice, of all regular and special meetings, and be copied with all agenda, packets, handouts, and minutes of all meetings of the Governing Authority or its committees. The School must notify the Sponsor of all special meetings as soon as scheduled and in no case with less than twenty-four (24) hours written notice. The Sponsor shall be invited into executive sessions unless the session involves a legal dispute with the Sponsor or prior arrangements have been agreed upon between the parties.

  • Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure. 31.2 The Engineer shall record the business of management meetings and is to provide copies of his record to those attending the meeting and to the Employer. The responsibility of the parties for actions to be taken is to be decided by the Engineer either at the management meeting or after the management meeting and stated in writing to all who attended the meeting.

  • Membership Meetings The members may hold regular or special meetings either in the State of Wyoming or elsewhere. Regular meetings of the members may be held without notice at a time and place as may be determined by the members. Any member may call a special meeting of the members by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice of the time, place and purpose of the meeting to the other members. Notice will be as provided in Article 11 of this Agreement. Any member may waive notice of any meeting. Members may participate in a meeting by means of telephone conference or other video or audio communications equipment where all persons participating in the meeting can simultaneously hear each other. Participation in such a meeting by a member will constitute the presence of the member at the meeting.
