Grade and Pay Retention. Employees assigned to positions at a lower representative rate than the position from which they have been released are entitled to two (2) years of grade retention and subsequent pay retention in accordance with 5 CFR 536.

  • Invoices and Payments 5.5.1 The Contractor shall invoice the County only for providing the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work specified in Exhibit A - Statement of Work and elsewhere hereunder.   • FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE The fees and payment schedule for furnishing services under this Contract shall be based on the rate schedule which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this reference incorporated herein.
