Granting of Vacation Leave. (a) Subject to the provisions of clause 19.10, vacation shall be granted in the fiscal year in respect of which it was earned (b) The Employer may at its discretion grant an employee vacation leave equivalent to vacation leave credits which would accrue to him/her during the remainder of the fiscal year.
