Common use of Granting of Vacation Leave Clause in Contracts

Granting of Vacation Leave. 12.03 In granting vacation leave with pay to an Employee, the Employer shall, subject to the operational requirements of the Royal Canadian Mint, make every reasonable effort to grant an Employee vacation leave for the period or periods that they have requested in writing, and where it is impossible to do so, the Employer shall grant preference to those Employees who have the longest Continuous Employment as a protective services officer;
