Grants-In-Aid. A. Summer Fellowships The Board may award summer fellowships and/or tuition assistance. The Board will yearly determine the amount of money to be spent for same. The order of consideration for awards during the forthcoming fiscal year shall be summer fellowships and tuition assistance. The Board may request a Para-Professional to obtain credit in an area based on the needs of the District. The following guidelines apply to summer fellowships.

Grants-In-Aid. The Authority/Commission shall have the power to apply for and accept contributions, capital, grants, gifts, donations, services, or other financial assistance from any source including the United States of America or any agency or instrumentality thereof, or from the State of Michigan or any agency or instrumentality thereof and enter into such agreements as may be necessary to accept such Grants in Aid.
Grants-In-Aid. The Board may award tuition assistance and/or sabbatical leaves. The Board shall determine annually the amount of funds to be spent on these applications. Sources for such funds will include grant money directed towards the programs, unused vouchers obtained from student teacher programs in which the District participates, or other resources which may be allocated from time to time by the Board. All applications received by the Superintendent shall be reviewed by a selection committee. The committee shall be chaired by the Assistant Superintendent for Educational Services and shall have a representation of administrators and teachers. The committee shall recommend those applicants who should receive consideration for tuition assistance or sabbatical leaves. To the extent that resources are available, priority will be given to (1) areas of critical need and (2) improvement of teaching and learning.

  • Prior Written Permission and Tripartite Agreement In respect of any nomination, the Allottee shall obtain prior permission of the Promoter and the Allottee and the nominee shall be bound to enter into a tripartite agreement with the Promoter and the Allottee.

  • Evaluation Licenses Access to the Software may be provided to You for beta, demonstration, test, or evaluation purposes, (collectively, “Evaluation Licenses”). For any Evaluation Licenses, the term shall be limited to thirty (30) days (the “Evaluation Period”), unless otherwise agreed to by Xxxxxxxxx in writing. Evaluation Licenses are limited specifically to use for evaluation or demonstration purposes only, and You agree not to use such Software in a production or non-test environment. Your use of the Software under an Evaluation License is provided as-is, without any representations or warranties of any kind, and is at Your sole risk. Honeywell has no obligation to support, maintain or provide any assistance regarding any Evaluation Licenses. IN NO EVENT WILL HONEYWELL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, DAMAGE TO SYSTEMS OR EQUIPMENT, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION). YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY DEFENSE, INDEMNIFICATION FOR EVALUATION LICENSES GRANTED PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION.

  • RELATIONSHIP TO AWARDS This Agreement operates to the complete exclusion of all Awards which would otherwise apply to any of the Employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Subawards The Recipient shall include the substance of this clause, including this paragraph (k) in all subawards, regardless of dollar value, that are subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards statute or the Wage Rate Requirements (Construction) statute, and are to be performed in whole or in part in the United States.

  • How to Add or Remove Coverage for Family Members If your plan offers family coverage, you must notify your employer if you want to add or remove family members according to the Special Enrollment provisions described above. When adding or removing a family member, inform your employer in advance of the requested effective date and your employer will notify us. All requests must be made through your employer. We cannot directly add or remove coverage for you or your family members.

  • Instruments in Writing All actions which may be taken and all powers that may be exercised by the Warrantholders at a meeting held as provided in this Article 7 may also be taken and exercised by Warrantholders holding at least 66 2/3% of the aggregate number of all then outstanding Warrants by an instrument in writing signed in one or more counterparts by such Warrantholders in person or by attorney duly appointed in writing, and the expression “Extraordinary Resolution” when used in this Indenture shall include an instrument so signed.

  • CONSULTANT’S INSURANCE The Consultant shall maintain the types of insurance and limits of coverage identified in Exhibit A which is attached and made part of this Contract.

  • Evaluation License If You are licensing the Software for evaluation purposes, Your use of the Software is only permitted in a non-production environment and for the period limited by the License Key. Notwithstanding any other provision in this XXXX, an Evaluation License of the Software is provided “AS-IS” without indemnification, support or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.

  • PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS Bids offering Products that are manufactured or produced in public institutions will be rejected.

  • Service Awards In consideration of the provision of services, COMPANY to pay EMPLOYEE, as compensation; The gross amount of RMB annually calculated at the rate of twelve (12) equal monthly installments consecutively of RMB each.
