Grievance and termination procedures. The School shall adopt the procedures for employment and dismissal of teachers set forth in its Charter application and consistent with the requirements set forth in SBE Regulation 43-601(III)(N). The School shall include language in any employee handbooks and teacher contracts providing that the provisions of Article 5, Chapter 25, Title 59 of the South Carolina Code (Teacher Employment and Dismissal Act) do not apply to the employment and dismissal of teachers at the School.
